What do I get?
A fit score worked out from the requirements, the CV line behind each one, a read of the post itself — pay, benefits, hours, where you work, probation, level — its red flags, and interview questions to prepare.
Does the AI make the score up?
No. The AI lists the requirements; the score is calculated from them by a fixed rule — must-haves count double, an unproven one counts half — so the same match gives the same score. A quote that is not really in your CV or the post is dropped.
Is my CV or the job post kept?
No. The match is not saved; leaving the page with a result on it asks first.
What does it cost?
2 sparks a match. If the AI cannot answer, they go back.
